\u201eNici o problem\u0103 din istoria medicinei nu a fost at\u00e2t de mediatizat\u0103 \u0219i polarizat\u0103 cum este cea a raportului risc\/beneficiu la diferitele vaccinuri anti-COVID\u201d, remarc\u0103 editorialistul Dr. Thomas E. Levy [1], de la\u00a0Orthomolecular Medicine News Service. Chiar dac\u0103 problema nu poate fi clarificat\u0103 de a\u0219a manier\u0103, \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 dea satisfac\u021bie uneia sau alteia dintre p\u0103r\u021bi \u2013 sus\u021bin\u0103torilor pro-vaccin sau celor anti-vaccin \u2013 \u201etoate p\u0103r\u021bile ar trebui s\u0103 fie de acord c\u0103 o anumit\u0103 toxicitate se manifest\u0103, uneori, la unele persoane vaccinate, \u0219i c\u0103 o astfel de toxicitate poate uneori fi atribuit\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 echivoc administr\u0103rii vaccinului. \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, pentru mul\u021bi se pune \u00eentrebarea dac\u0103 toxicitatea aceasta se manifest\u0103 suficient de des \u0219i cu o severitate suficient de mare la persoanele vaccinate, a\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ne preocupe mai mult dec\u00e2t \u00eens\u0103\u0219i combaterea COVID\u201d, conchide Levy [2].\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Mecanismul de reparare a ADN-ului<\/span><\/p>\n

Organismul nostru de\u021bine un mecanism de reparare a ADN-ului cunoscut sub numele de \u201e<\/span>unirea neomoloag\u0103 a extremit\u0103\u021bilor\u201d\u00a0(Non-Homologous End-Joining, NHEJ), care este un fel de sistem intracelular de \u201er\u0103spuns de urgen\u021b\u0103\u201d ce repar\u0103 rupturile ADN-ului dublu catenar. F\u0103r\u0103 mecanismul NHEJ, via\u021ba multicelular\u0103 avansat\u0103 ar \u00eenceta s\u0103 mai existe. Nici o fiin\u021b\u0103 uman\u0103, animal sau plant\u0103 nu ar putea supravie\u021bui f\u0103r\u0103 ca integritatea codului s\u0103u genetic s\u0103 fie protejat\u0103 \u0219i reparat\u0103 constant prin multiple mecanisme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leziunile ADN-ului pot fi cauzate de expunerea la radia\u021bii, la substan\u021bele chimice din produsele alimentare \u0219i din cele de \u00eengrijire personal\u0103 sau, \u00eentre altele, de expunerea la mamografie. Expunerea excesiv\u0103 la radia\u021biile solare poate provoca, de asemenea, rupturi de ADN, muta\u021bii minore ale ADN-ului put\u00e2nd ap\u0103rea spontan \u00een toate organismele vii. De pild\u0103, aviatorii se expun \u00een mod frecvent la radia\u021bii ionizante din cauza zborurilor la mare altitudine.<\/span><\/p>\n

La o persoan\u0103 normal\u0103, s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, mecanismul NHEJ este \u00een m\u0103sur\u0103 s\u0103 repare ADN-ul \u0219i s\u0103 previn\u0103 apari\u021bia muta\u021biilor patogene. Dar, \u00een prezen\u021ba proteinei Spike supraexprimate ca urmare a vaccinului sau a unei croniciz\u0103ri a SARS\u2013CoV\u20132, eficacitatea NHEJ este suprimat\u0103 cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 90%, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 repararea ADN-ului nu mai are loc sau este mult atenuat\u0103. Astfel, datorit\u0103 prezen\u021bei proteinei Spike, apar \u00een cromozomii din interiorul nucleelor celulelor umane urm\u0103toarele \u201eerori\u201d: a) muta\u021bii \u00een secven\u021ba genetic\u0103; b) \u0219tergeri ale unor segmente \u00eentregi de cod genetic; c) inser\u0103ri de segmente incorecte; d) amestec\u0103ri \u0219i permut\u0103ri ale codului genetic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aceste erori, atunci c\u00e2nd sunt exprimate prin diviziunea \u0219i replicarea celular\u0103, provoac\u0103: a) o explozie de cancere \u0219i tumori canceroase \u00een tot organismul; b) pierderea produc\u021biei de celule B \u0219i T ale sistemului imunitar (adic\u0103 imunodeficien\u021b\u0103); c) tulbur\u0103ri autoimune; d) \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire accelerat\u0103; e) alterarea func\u021bion\u0103rii sistemelor complexe ale organismelor, precum sistemul circulator, sistemul neurologic, endocrin, musculo-scheletic etc.; f) deterior\u0103ri celulare asem\u0103n\u0103toare cu otr\u0103virea prin radia\u021bii, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce celulele se autodistrug. Multe dintre aceste efecte sunt, desigur, fatale. Altele vor provoca leziuni debilitante foarte grave \u0219i disfunc\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi ale organelor care vor necesita asisten\u021b\u0103 medical\u0103 pe via\u021b\u0103. [5]<\/span><\/p>\n

Rolul-cheie al proteinei Spike<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1) Proteina Spike p\u0103trunde \u00een nucleul celulei<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Cercet\u0103torii suedezi \u201eau descoperit c\u0103 proteina Spike se localizeaz\u0103 \u00een nucleu \u0219i inhib\u0103 sistemul de reparare a leziunilor ADN-ului, \u00eempiedic\u00e2nd recrutarea proteinei BRCA1 \u0219i 53BP1, cu un rol-cheie \u00een repararea ADN-ului, la locul deterior\u0103rii\u201d. Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 proteina Spike, care este generat\u0103 \u00een ribozomii celulei, nu p\u0103r\u0103se\u0219te \u00eentotdeauna celula, pentru a intra \u00een s\u00e2nge, a\u0219a cum afirm\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103torii vaccinului mARN. \u00cen unele cazuri, proteina Spike intr\u0103 \u00een nucleul celulei \u0219i interfereaz\u0103 cu mecanismul de reparare a ADN-ului. \u201e\u00cen mod surprinz\u0103tor, am g\u0103sit din abunden\u021b\u0103 proteina Spike \u00een nucleu\u201d, concluzioneaz\u0103 autorii studiului \u00een urma experimentelor realizate. Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 vaccinurile ARNm determin\u0103 modific\u0103ri cromozomiale \u00een celulele corpului, alter\u00e2nd integritatea genetic\u0103 \u0219i provoc\u00e2nd efecte secundare care nu au fost anticipate sau descrise de sus\u021bin\u0103torii vaccinului ARNm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Thomas Levy afirm\u0103 c\u0103 dovezile \u0219tiin\u021bifice actuale indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 proteina Spike este \u00een continuu produs\u0103 \u00een organism dup\u0103 injectarea cu vaccin ARNm. Acest fenomen este \u201eo explica\u021bie pentru tendin\u021bele trombotice \u0219i alte simptome observate la pacien\u021bii cronici cu COVID \u0219i la pacien\u021bii post-vaccinare. Unele rapoarte indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 proteina Spike poate continua s\u0103 fie produs\u0103 dup\u0103 conectarea ini\u021bial\u0103 la receptorii ACE2 \u0219i p\u0103trunderea \u00een unele celule. Tablourile clinice ale toxicit\u0103\u021bii cronice COVID \u0219i post-vaccin par foarte asem\u0103n\u0103toare \u0219i ambele se datoreaz\u0103 probabil acestei prezen\u021be continue a proteinei Spike \u0219i a disemin\u0103rii ei la nivelul \u00eentregului organism a\u201d, arat\u0103 Levy. 2) Proteina Spike determin\u0103 supresia<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Astfel, cu c\u00e2t sunt prezente \u00een organism mai multe proteine \u200b\u200bSpike, cu at\u00e2t este mai mare supresia repar\u0103rii ADN-ului. Potrivit biologilor suedezi, leziunile ADN-ului generate \u201e\u00een urma diferitelor tratamente pentru deteriorarea ADN-ului \u2013 cum ar fi diferite iradieri, tratamente (cu doxorubicin\u0103, H2<\/sub>O2<\/sub>etc.), oxidarea \u2013 nu mai sunt reparate, \u00een prezen\u021ba proteinei Spike nu mai are loc repararea ADN-ului\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rezultatul cercet\u0103rii este c\u0103 persoanele c\u0103rora le-au fost administrate vaccinuri ARNm se vor confrunta cu cea mai mare supresie a capacit\u0103\u021bii de repara a ADN-ului. Astfel, diferitele expuneri – la radia\u021bii 5G, examene de mamografie, plastifian\u021bi chimici din produsele alimentare \u0219i agen\u021bi cancerigeni din produsele de \u00eengrijire personal\u0103 (detergen\u021bi de rufe, parfumuri, \u0219ampoane, lo\u021biuni pentru piele etc.) – care \u00a0nu de mult erau considerate probleme minore, vor deveni acum amenin\u021b\u0103ri grave pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate. \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, pacien\u021bii post-vaccin expu\u0219i la aceste provoc\u0103ri vor \u00eencepe s\u0103 sufere muta\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolte cancere \u00een tot corpul. Un exemplu de astfel de expunere cu poten\u021bial mare de risc este 5G, \u00een urma c\u0103reia se produce peroxinitrit \u00een s\u00e2nge, un radical liber extrem de periculos care provoac\u0103 leziuni ale ADN-ului \u00een celulele creierului \u0219i \u00een ale \u021besuturilor din tot corpul.<\/span><\/p>\n

Potrivit studiului, \u201epierderea func\u021biei proteinelor-cheie de reparare a ADN-ului, cum ar fi ATM, ADN-PKcs, 53BP1 etc., duce la defecte \u00een repararea NHEJ care inhib\u0103 produc\u021bia de celule B \u0219i T func\u021bionale, conduc\u00e2nd la imunodeficien\u021b\u0103\u201d. Func\u021bia imunitar\u0103 este, de asemenea, afectat\u0103 grav de prezen\u021ba proteinei Spike, ceea ce poate provoca muta\u021bii canceroase \u00een celulele corpului.
